Information We Collect Name, shipping address, phone number, email address. Payment details are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner — we do not store your card or banking information ourselves.

How We Use Your Information To process and deliver your order, communicate with you about your order (including via WhatsApp), and — only with your consent — send you marketing updates.

Sharing Your Information We share your information only with the third parties necessary to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Razorpay) and shipping courier Delhivery. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
