Refund policy

Because every Homu Tatva piece is custom made to order, we handle returns differently than a standard ready-stock store.

Damaged or Defective Items If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us 24 hours of delivery with photos. 

Change of Mind Because each piece is fabricated specifically for your order, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind — recommended default, since resale isn't possible for a custom-made item. 

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
