Shipping policy

Every piece at Homu Tatva is made to order — we begin production only once your order is placed, rather than shipping from pre-made stock. This means slightly longer lead times than off-the-shelf products, but every piece is crafted specifically for you.

Processing Time Orders typically take 5-6 business days to produce and prepare for dispatch. During high-demand periods (festivals, sale events), this may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Delivery We currently ship across India via Delhivery. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Packaging Each piece ships in corner-protected, damage-resistant packaging designed specifically for metal wall art, to minimize the risk of transit damage.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@homutatva.com or WhatsApp +91 75998 52020 on day of delivery, with photos of the damage, so we can arrange a replacement.
